SHIPPING -  AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post's Parcel Post service for the delivery of goods. Parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. 

All print orders take an additional 4 - 10 business days as they are custom printed and hand signed by Natalie Rompotis. 

If you require express delivery please contact us prior to payment.  

Please note that insuring the goods is the purchaser's responsibility.  All care has been taken to package the goods so that they are delivered safely to you.  However, we will not be held responsible for damage in transit which is out of our control.   

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

We use Australia Post Pack and Track International Service for international orders which includes postal tracking and signature upon delivery.  Shipping times vary and can take anywhere from 7- 14 days depending on the destination.  

For international buyers wishing to use Australia Post's Registered Post or Express Post International service please contact us prior to payment.

REFUND POLICY

Where the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased or do not perform the function they are supposed to, you can either receive a refund, exchange of credit on non-sale items only.

Our policy applies for 30 days from the date of purchase only.  

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it and unused, along with the original packaging. 

Should you require to complete your return, you are required to email us at contact@natalierompotis.com with the relevant details, as well as a receipt as proof of purchase.

If your item needs to be returned, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.

All transactions are processed in $AUD (Australian Dollars)
