Natalie Rompotis is a mother of two young children, a lawyer and a self-taught artist based in Melbourne, Australia.
Her love of illustrating began as a child, and despite working as a commercial lawyer for a number of years, she has now returned to her original passion.
Her work is inspired by the magical world of fashion and classic cinema with a strong dose of french culture, having studied the language for almost ten years.
She has illustrated for numerous private and commercial clients, and counts Reese Witherspoon and Maison Valentino as fans of her illustrations. Her work can be seen on the official website of Beyoncé and has been published in the New York Times, Harper's BAZAAR (Australia and Mexico & Latin America) and ELLE (US). She has been named by both Harper's BAZAAR Australia and Huffington Post as one of the top 12 Australian Fashion Illustrators.
She was named Official Illustrator for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia (#MBFWA) celebrating 20 years, with her illustrations and calligraphy appearing across the MBFWA social media channels, websites (global and local) and print.
Other clients include: Faber-Castell, Myer, Fairfax & Roberts, The Intersection Paddington, Alberta Ferretti, L'Oréal Professionel, Australian Turf Club, Dermalogica and Westfield.
